Dental Insurance
- $50 deductible
- $100% coinsurance-preventive
- 80% coinsurance-basic

- Discounts for Orthodonia services
- $1000 annual maximum benefit
Short Term Disability
- Pays you 60% of your income
- Pays you up to $750 per week maximum benefit
- 14 day waiting period
- 24 week benefit
Long Term Disability
- Pays you 60% of your income
- Pays you up to $5000 per month maximum
- Pays you after a 180 day elimination period
- Age 65 benefit
- 2 year own occupation period
